We respect your right to privacy and data control. This page provides complete information about how to delete your BibleLiveQuiz account and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the BibleLiveQuiz mobile app:

Open the App Launch BibleLiveQuiz on your mobile device (iOS or Android)

Navigate to Settings Tap on "More" or the menu icon, then select "Privacy Settings"

Find Delete Account Option Scroll down to find "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" section

Confirm Deletion Read the warning and confirm your decision. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Complete Verification

For email/password accounts: Re-enter your password
For Google/Apple sign-in: Authentication is handled automatically

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:

Personal Information

Email address and username
Profile picture and display name
Account authentication credentials
User preferences and settings

Game Data

Quiz scores and game history
Progress and achievements
Multiplayer game sessions and statistics
Leaderboard rankings and records
In-app purchases and subscription status

Activity Data

Quiz participation history
Category preferences and selections
Language settings and translations used
Social features data (if applicable)

Data Retention Policy

⏱️ Account deletion is completed within 30 days of your request

Retained Data (Anonymized)

For legal, security, and operational purposes, we may retain the following anonymized data:

Aggregate usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
Anonymized analytics data for app improvement
Transaction records (as required by law for financial compliance)

Note: All retained data is completely anonymized and cannot be linked back to you or your account.

Backup Retention Period

Your data may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days following deletion. After this period, all backup copies are permanently purged from our systems.
